You place and pay for every order on Fiverr, so Fiverr’s order, cancellation, revision and refund rules apply. Fiverr holds your payment and handles any request to cancel or to open a dispute.
Before you order
Send us your listing link for a free review, or write to us with questions. We will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do, so you can decide before you pay.
Revisions and support
Each package describes what is included. If something in the delivered work does not match your order, tell us through Fiverr or by email and we will correct it within the scope of the order.
What is not refundable by us
- Advertising budget you paid directly to Meta, Google, Pinterest or any other platform.
- Fees charged by Airbnb or by any other third party.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
