Ludie Airbnb is an independent agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb, Inc. “Airbnb” is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe the platform we work with.
Our services
We help Airbnb hosts improve visibility and bookings through listing setup and optimization, pricing strategy, paid ads, social media setup and direct booking websites, as described on our site.
Prices, scope and delivery
- Prices shown as “From” are starting prices. The final scope and price are confirmed with you before work starts.
- Delivery times on the site are estimates and may change with scope and with how quickly you give us what we need.
- Ad budget, where needed, is paid separately by you to the advertising platform and is not part of our fee.
Orders and payment
Orders are placed and paid on Fiverr. Fiverr’s terms, payment protection, revision and refund rules apply to those orders.
No guarantee of results
Bookings depend on many things we do not control, such as your property, location, season, reviews, competition and Airbnb’s own rules and algorithms. We work to improve your listing’s visibility, trust and presentation, but we do not guarantee a specific number of views, bookings or amount of revenue.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the access or materials we reasonably need.
- You remain responsible for your listing, your property, your guests and for following Airbnb’s rules and the laws that apply to you, including local short-term rental rules.
- You confirm you have the right to give us any photos or content you send.
Ownership
You keep ownership of your listing, photos and content. Once an order is complete and paid, you may use the work we deliver for your property.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or lost profits.
